 at the right time and thus will lead to provide innovative healthcare services to create high quality patients service.

To fulfill our mission we must meet each of the following requirements of excellence in patient care:

• Ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of quality control methods appropriate to each laboratory section.
•  Continuous evaluation and revision of current laboratory procedures.
•  Employment of adequate number of highly qualified staff.
•  Apply suitable safety measures in the laboratories.
• Improve collaboration between the laboratories and other Clients care providers.
